If you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. For partial refunds, points will be deducted based on the remaining order value. 

For example, if you placed an order of $300 USD, you will have received 300 points. If you return $200 worth of items from your order, then 200 points will be deducted from your points balance.

If you have already redeemed the points from a refunded order, no additional points will be awarded.
